Pranzo domenicale in una grande tavolata di amici. Ci siamo alzati super soddisfatti e pieni come botti. Il cibo è fenomenale. La qualità soprattutto dei salumi e delle carni è molto molto alta, anche perché la proprietà gestisce una ottima macelleria a due passi dal ristorante, e quindi è tutto di alta qualità e freschezza. Le porzioni sono davvero mooolto abbondanti, il servizio è stato molto veloce e molto gentile.

Sono stato in questo bel posticino per una cena tra buoni amici e colleghi, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal servizio gentile e competente e dall'ottima qualitá dei prodotti, dalla semplice patatina fritta croccante e fresca alle polpettine al pistacchio fatte in casa fino alla tagliata di vitello tenerissima, una meraviglia al prezzo giusto... Ci ritornerò e lo farò conoscere ad altre persone chi merita va premiato

Appongo in maniera convinta cinque stelle. Sono cinque stelle piene. I sapori sono eccellenti, personale gentilissimo e carni deliziose. Il conto è ovviamente in linea con la qualità, che risulta non essere adeguato a tutti, nel senso che quando si va su carni di un certo livello il conto lievita ma il tutto è giustamente rapportato. Mi sento di consigliare solo ed unicamente una cosa: utilizzare come standard il piatto caldo per la carne in modo da tenerla sempre alla giusta temperatura, cosa che viene fatto ma al secondo step, quando magari la carne perde qualche grado. Però ecco veramente frivolezze in confronto alla bontà del cibo. Oltre alla carne mi sento di consigliare genovese e allardata, qualcosa di assolutamente squisito! Il pomodoro usato per i contorni? Una bontà UNICA.
